Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Arctoria LLC ("Arctoria", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Director's Studio (the "Service") or join our waitlist. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
1. Information we collect
- Account and profile. Your name, email address, and any profile details you provide when you register.
- Script and project content. The screenplays, characters, world material, palettes, and prompts you upload or create in the Service.
- Usage and billing records. How you interact with the Service, plus subscription and payment records processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Waitlist email. If you join the early-access waitlist, the email address and details you submit through our Google Form.
2. Why we use it
We use your information to provide and operate the Service, generate model-tailored prompts at your request, process payments, respond to support requests, keep the Service secure, and communicate with you about your account and the waitlist.
3. We never train on your content
Your creative content is never used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's. Content you send to third-party AI providers through the Service is used only to produce the output you requested, subject to those providers' terms.
4. Subprocessors we rely on
We share information with a small set of service providers strictly to operate the Service:
- Anthropic : prompt generation.
- Stripe : payment processing.
- Resend : transactional email.
- Vercel : website and application hosting.
- Supabase : application database.
- Amazon Web Services (S3) : file storage.
5. Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us; some records may be retained where the law requires.
7. Your rights
Because the Service is governed by California law, California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
8. Children's data
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
